Paying yearly is 20% off twelve months. Solo and Team start with a card-backed **14-day trial**, once per
workspace. Enterprise is a contact form. Business is for
existing subscribers only and cannot be bought.

Team is billed **per builder**: Owners and Editors, one to twenty-five, prorated as people
join or leave. Commenters, Viewers and agents are free. Storage counts what the workspace
keeps until it is deleted. Buying Team on a personal workspace makes it a team workspace in
place. When storage is full, published work keeps serving and nothing is deleted.

## Legacy seat contracts

Existing seat-priced contracts keep their pricing. People who publish use
seats; viewers, visitors and agents do not. On legacy Team, seats follow membership.
On Business, a pending invitation holds a bought seat.

## Questions

**Can we pay by invoice?** No new customer can. Solo and Team are paid by card.

**Who gets the emails about money?** Every owner, and the billing email set on the billing
page. Stripe's invoices and receipts go to the billing email; a failed payment goes to both.

**What if our card fails?** Nothing is switched off. Stripe retries for up to three weeks
and every owner and the billing email are told. If every retry fails, the workspace moves to
Free; nothing is deleted.

**Can my agent edit a teammate's artifact?** Only if its owner lets the workspace edit it,
on the Share tab, for an artifact open to the workspace. See [Access and

**What does the trial cover?** The first paid plan a workspace takes, Solo or Team, for 14
days. The card is taken up front.
